Hi there! I’m an author who gets ideas by exploring historical places, reading old documents/records, (such as letters, newspapers, marriage certificates, diaries, journals, documentaries–well, you get the idea), visiting cemeteries and historical churches, finding unique antique gadgets that never gained popularity with the public. There’s no better way to explore a countryside, village or city than while gripping the handlebars of a bicycle, in my opinion.

Finding old Bibles is another joy for me, not to mention reading the Word. My imagination takes off, especially when I discover family trees in front of Bibles, or passages that have been noted.

I’m a member of American Christian Fiction Writers (ACFW). I started writing years ago for the secular market and had 4 books published. In October, 2010, I found out my younger sister was going to become a missionary abroad. That was when I asked God what He wanted me to do for Him. Write for Me, he replied. I’ve been doing so ever since.

On July 23, 2011, I lost my beloved older sister in a car wreck. Although I know she is with the Lord, and that He called her Home because He needed her, I’m still missing her terribly. But the tragedy has strengthened my relationship with Him, and more than ever I know He is with me, and that I must be obedient to Him by writing wonderful Christian fiction.

Recently I finished a proposal on a Medieval Romantic Suspense and am waiting to hear back from a publisher. Currently I’m writing a Young Adult Steampunk Romance. These books will have Christian themes that will–hopefully–touch your heart, and make you feel closer to God. Please visit often because, God willing, I will soon have publishing contracts for some of my novels.
